QUIKKI product satisfaction guarantee and return/refund policy
If you are not completely satisfied with our supplement product please return the empty container for a full refund. One refund per customer/address.
Our satisfaction guarantee and return/refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of your order. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund/return.
To be eligible for a product satisfaction guarantee refund, we require proof of purchase and the used product container. For refund information send an email to: returns@QUIKKI.com to request a return authorization number and shipping instructions.
Apparel/merchandise returns/refunds are applicable only on unused/unworn product returned in its original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days please do the following:
Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If your purchase was made with a bankcard please contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@QUIKKI.com
Sale/discounted items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned/refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned/refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace apparel/merchandise items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item in a different size, please send an email to: returns@QUIKKI.com to request a return authorization number and shipping instructions.
You will be responsible for any return shipping costs incurred for returning your item. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for merchandise lost or damaged by shipping carrier.
